This web site is owned by Click Ahead Ltd with the trading name of Karaoke Emporium and Bouncing Bean. We are family run and have been in the karaoke business since 2002 after becoming addicted to karaoke parties. We still enjoy hosting a small party every few months and getting up and giving it a go, trying new material and singing our favourites.
Our main aim is to provide our customers with the best possible service and be treated in the same manner that we would want to be treated ourselves. We would love to receive any suggestions or comments from you regarding our service or any aspect of our website.

|Making A Purchase|
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart, using the "Add To Cart" button. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Debit and Credit Cards
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
All payments will be debited in pounds sterling.
Where appropriate the Postage and Packing charge will be added accordingly to your invoice and charged to your card.
Please print the receipt page when you have finished your purchase, this is your official receipt.
A confirmation email will be sent to you containing your order details and order number to acknowledge your order.
A Despatch Note will be posted with the goods.
PayPal - our PayPal account is Click Ahead Ltd
We accept PayPal. After completing the details on our website, you will be transferred over to PayPal's website to take payment. Please note that our PayPal account is named Click Ahead Ltd (our company name).
Once payment has been processed in PayPal, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing your order details and order number to acknowledge your order.
A Despatch Note will be posted with the goods.
Cheque / Postal Order prior to delivery
You can choose to send a cheque or postal order prior to delivery if you do not wish to purchase with your debit or credit card.
Please ensure that you print your receipt page after purchase and send this with your cheque made out to Click Ahead Limited, to our company address shown above. Once your cheque has cleared (this can take up to 5 working days) we will send you your purchase.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

A single Postage and Packing charge will be added to your order before payment is made if appropriate.

Orders are normally dispatched same day.
You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been sent.

A Customer Returns Note can be found with the goods.
Please mark clearly on the Returns Note the goods what you are returning. Goods must be returned by recorded delivery, please retain your proof of posting.
A refund will only be granted for goods returned in perfect condition in the original unopened packaging.
A full refund will be provided on all defective goods.
We do not carry the carriage costs on returned products unless the products are defective. Then Postage and Packing will be refunded.
All refunds will be credited to you Card, or PayPal account, or if purchased by cheque, then a cheque will be issued
